I graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in Ontario now known as Trillium in 2005. I have  worked in Ontario for several years.

While sailing the world, I have experienced treating in various countries and cultures, such as New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Tonga, Indonesia and the Philippines.

In 2024  I moved back in Canada and practiced massage therapy in Ontario and Quebec. In 2025 I moved to New Brunswick.

I have New Brunswick (CMTNB) and Ontario (CMTO) licences.

I also have been an aerobic instructor and martial art teacher, enabling me to understand sport injuries.
